Shipping policy

Order Processing Times

Our orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During seasonal times the Black Friday and Christmas, order processing can take up 5 business days. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.

Shipping Times

We ship from our warehouse located in Florida, United States. We currently ship to the United States, Canada and worldwide.

  • Orders shipping within the United States will arrive within 5-7 business days.
  • Orders shipping within Canada and internationally will arrive within 7-30 business days.

We provide real time tracking information on all of our orders, if your order does not arrive by the estimated due date, please wait 48 hours before contacting us at info@furrygarden.com. We will do our best to locate the package and extend your timeframe for refunds and exchanges.

Shipping Costs

  • Orders shipping to an address in the contiguous United States with an order value of $75 or more before taxes have free shipping.
  • Orders shipping to an address in Canada or internationally are offered UPS shipping rates which are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of products in your order.

Returns & Exchanges

Full refunds and exchanges are offered for regular priced merchandise within 30 days of purchase from retail locations, or within 30 days that tracking indicates an order has been delivered.

If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase or receipt of your order, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used to make the purchase. For all returns or exchanges:

  • Items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused or undamaged
  • All original tags must be attached
  • You must present a valid receipt

The return of certain types of goods is not permitted. Therefore, perishable items, such as food and treats, cannot be returned. Likewise, we do not accept returns or exchanges of sanitary, health and care products or gift cards.

Sale and discount items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Shipping costs associated with returning your item are your responsibility. They are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item valued over $75, we recommend using a shipping tracking service or insuring your shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.

Damaged or Lost Order

Should your order arrive damaged, please email us at info@furrygarden.com. We will send you a return label to ship the items back to us, and will send you a new order with brand new products immediately. Should your order be identified as lost with the shipping carrie, we will ship a new order out immediately.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also let you know if your refund is approved or denied.

If approved, your refund is then processed and your original credit card or payment method is automatically credited within a few days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, double-check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take a little time for your refund to be officially posted. Then contact your bank. The posting of a refund is often preceded by a processing time.

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel or make a change to your order, you are able to do to up to 3 hours after receive your order confirmation. Please email us directly at info@furrygarden.com so we can make these changes immediately. If your order ships and the changes have not been made, please return the items unused for a full refund.
