How do I track my delivery?
Once your order has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. A second email will be sent to you with your tracking number.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel or make a change to your order, you are able to do so up to 3 hours after receiving your order confirmation. Please email us directly at info@furrygarden.com so we can make these changes immediately.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it by mail.

How long does it take to get my order?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Canada within 1 to 2 business days.
We currently ship to Canada, the United States and most of the world.
- Orders shipping within Canada will arrive within 5-7 business days.
- Orders shipping within the United States and internationally will arrive within 7-14 business days.

Are taxes applied to orders?
Sales taxes are calculated according to the provincial and federal laws in effect.
In the case of a refund, we will refund you the taxes that were charged. However, shipping fees are non-refundable.
