Once your order has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. As soon as your package ships, we will send you another email with your tracking number so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
If you would like to cancel or make a change to your order, you are able to do so up to 3 hours after receiving your order confirmation. Please email us directly at info@furrygarden.com so we can make these changes immediately.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it by mail.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Sarasota, Florida within 1 to 2 business days.
We currently ship to the United States, Canda and most of the world.
- Orders shipping within the United States will arrive within 5-7 business days.
- Orders shipping within the Canada and internationally will arrive within 7-30 business days.
